Very nice hotel, nice location. Would have been perfect if they had an elevator. Hauling bags up 3 flights of stair is difficult.
Clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff. I needed rooms for my children and grandchildren for a few days for a family event. Travelling with a larger group with lots of kids can get pretty chaotic. The front desk person was extremely helpful, finding me rooms for everybody and keeping them near each other. The rooms were cleaned daily and the grandkids appreciated the extra touches of arranging their stuffed animals, pillows and security items on the bed to make it feel homey for them making them feel extra special. Staff was courteous and pleasant, no matter how many times we locked our keys in the room. If you are looking for a clean room and friendly staff at a reasonable price, this is the place.
This motel was very clean. There was a 24 hour reception desk that was tended by very friendly people. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, very well equipped with comfortable beds and pillows, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker with cups, coffee, tea, etc. There was conventional, ample parking. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Massena or that area. It's a 4 star hotel but I give it 5 stars!
No complaints. Room was clean. Really liked that there were an abundance of outlets to plug in phones and devices.
This was a nice clean place to stay. The hostess was very friendly, helpful and made you feel welcomed. She let us check out at noon as we over slept due to the hour change. We were late for the continental breakfast and the hostess broughtussomepastries. I highly recommend staying here.
Working a travel contract on weekends in Massena and stayed here for the duration of my contract. Tammy was always very friendly and welcoming upon check in, always had my room ready and even went above and beyond to call me when I messed up one of my reservations! The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the hotel is quiet! Every weekend it was always busy with travelers but you would never know as it was quiet! Thanks for being my home away from home on the weekends!
The rooms and the TV were luxurious. I was also afraid is the scarlet Macaw Resin Figurine which I was scared. Prefyyyyyyt, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!! I got like turned my head and I had to concentrate on the office desk instead. Rooms were also clean, but there is NO shoe rack!!!
Stayed for one night. Very quiet and clean. Small continental breakfast of muffins, juice, fruit. The owner and staff were very polite. They suggested points of interest and shared some of their own sightseeing experiences. I look forward to staying here again.
